As accessories to our range of film processors we offer high quality cassettes & screens, too.

PROTEC x-ray cassettes provide exceptional film/screen contact. A specially designed open cell foam system allows trapped air to escape rapidly which eliminates spots and dark patches on x-ray images. A combination of high grade aluminium with engineering polymers ensures a long cassette life over years without deterioration. Incorporation of sufficient lead in the backside of the cassette minimises backscatter.

PROTEC intensifying screens employ sophisticated phosphor technology and are coated in a state-of-the-art plant. They give a better relation between primary and secondary radiation resulting in a better contrast, which can be perceived as an improved resolution.
