Installation and application support from PROTEC

With its advanced digitalization the x-ray market is becoming more and more unclear and confusing. Many new players are coming up who were never active in the x-ray business before. Many of them offer software solutions that might be great at first sight, and if you look at them from an IT perspective. However, the lack of x-ray experience separates the wheat from the chaff and customers who fell for their "great" offers have to learn the hard way that good software is not good enough.

Digital imaging is a complex subject where experience in x-ray technology, x-ray application and IT knowledge in combination is required. PROTEC has been active in this market since 1984 and we have been developing our own software for almost 10 years now. In addition we have recruited new staff with comprehensive radiology knowledge for the service department. All this brings us in a position where we can offer additional services instead of solely selling products and provide second level service support afterwards.
