Workshops at PROTEC®

In our training center in Oberstenfeld we provide you with technical workshops for our digital products. This will enable you to provide first class service to your own customers. In case your technical staff responsible for installation and service of CR-Systems is quite large, we can arrange an on-site training as well.

Our Admin-Training covers among other things the following issues:
- Theoretical background for PACS, DICOM, CR and DR technology
- Use of our various PROSCAN CR-System models and RAPIXX DR-Systems
- Sales and distribution of PROSCAN CR-Systems, RAPIXX DR-Systems and our software solutions
- Installation of PROSCAN, RAPIXX, CONAXX and PROPAXX
- Network in theory and practice
- DICOM Communication with CONAXX and PROPAXX
- CONAXX and PROPAXX operation and configuration (incl. exposure, reading out and processing of X-ray images)
- Service and maintenance of our various PROSCAN CR-System models and RAPIXX DR-System
- System error analysis
- Printing in DICOM
